Description
The COSRX Hydrium Watery Toner is a moisturising toner with vitamin B5 and hyaluronic acid for hydrated and dewy skin. B5, also known as panthenol, is the key ingredient of the Hydrium line. B5 has moisturising, regenerating, and anti-inflammatory effects and is safe to use on all skin types. With Hydrium Synergy-8 Complex, which consist of six types of hyaluronic acids, d-panthenol and allantoin, this toner fills up your skin deep with moisture and helps keep it hydrated for a long time.

Directions
After cleansing, wet cotton pad with toner and sweep upwards and outwards all over face. Alternatively, dispense directly into palms of hands and gently pat into skin. Follow with the rest of your skin care steps.
TIP 1: If your skin feels extra dry and heated, you can soak the cotton pads with this toner and use as toner sheet mask.
TIP 2: Also can be used as a mist that you can spray on your face when you feel dryness during the day.
TIP 3:Â Lastly, you can do the toner wash method with this toner. Just mix this toner and water by the ratio of 8 : 2, and rinse your face at the end of your cleansing routine. Don’t wipe your face with a towel, just tap gently in order for it to be absorbed.
