Description
The Needly pH Balancing Toner is a lightweight yet moisturising toner that comes with skin brightening and wrinkle-improvement dual function. Infused with Coolin (Mushroom Extract), Adenosine and Tocopherol, which all help to prevent skin ageing. Panthenol calms skin, Niacinamide brightens complexion, while Green Tea, Cica, Rosemary and Heartleaf Extracts soothe skin.
Suitable for all skin types.

Directions
1. After cleansing, soak the cotton pad with a moderate amount of toner.
2. Swipe over the face gently, may reapply if needed for further hydration.
