The APLB Retinol Vitamin C Vitamin E Facial Toner is formulated with RETINOL VITA CENâ„¢ (a blend of Retinol, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Cica Extract) to combat signs of skin ageing and gives it a radiance and moisture boost. It contains various types of Centella Asiatica Extract to soothe irritated and sensitive skin. The lightweight formula adheres well and absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky after-feel.
